1- Communications
 
Notices are issue to students on bulletin boards conveniently located in classrooms. Students are expected to read and observe notices. Failure to read notices shall be no excuse for failure to comply with college rules and policies.
   
2- Attendance Policy
 
Student will receive 0-10 points for their class participation and attendance, up to 10% of Grade, 100% attendance is expected. Any absence must be explained in written application.

Any student less than 75% of classes will receive an "F" Grade and must pay for and repeat the class when offered.
   
3- Makeup Policy
 
Students with a valid reason for not completing course requirements (such as examinations, assignments or projects) are allowed to makeup the deficiency within the next four months, grade will become "F" and course must be repeated in its entirety. It is student's responsibility to contact faculty for make-ups and appear when scheduled. Makeup fees will be charged:
Rs. 500 each - Midterm Exam.
Rs. 1000 Late Project.
Rs. 1000 each - Final Exam.
   
4- Dress Code
 
Students are expected to be neat, clean and professionally dressed. Females should wear tasteful modest suits. Males should wear dress pants, dress shirts and neckties.

Neckties will not be required April 15 to October 15. Males should shave daily. (No blue jeans, T-shirts etc.)
   
5- No Cheating Policy
 
If any student is caught cheating, his/her paper will be withdrawn. Zero points will be issued for examination. No makeup will be allowed. Final grade will be issued on any points legitimately earned. Student will be called to disciplinary hearing. Cheating may be grounds for expulsion.
   
6- No Smoking Policy
 
No smoking is permitted in any classrooms, bathroom, hall or lawn of the campus. Students caught smoking on campus may be expelled.
   
7- Transfer of Credits
 
Students who wish to receive transfer of credits must submit their written application, along with certified transcripts and course information. Transfer will be made at discretion of Administration. No transfer will be made for less than "C" Grade. Transfers will be only for directly related equivalent courses from reputable educational institutions. No transfer will be granted after one week in the relevant course. Students will have to appear before subject specialists for determination of competence in subjects for which transfer of credits is desired.
 
8- Transfer of Programs
 
Students who wish to change from mornings to nights or nights to mornings may do so within the first week of a semester, but should do so before the semester begins.

Students who have transferred credits must contact Student Advisor or Administration before semester begins for alternate course planning.
