Goals & Objectives

The Hajvery university Library’s mission is to build, maintain and provide resources, technology, staff and services in support of present and future education and research needs of Hajvery university community.

The library is responsible for the following:

To acquire, organize and maintain a collection of information resources as required to support teaching and research of students, faculty and alumni and other members of the Hajvery university community

To maintain and organize a conducive environment so as to preserve the use and care of the library’s resources by staff and users.

 To develop specialist research collections in designated areas, e.g. Business, Management, Marketing, Branding, Banking, Islamic Banking and Operational management.

To facilitate access to and use of the Library’s own resources and external sources of information.

»»

To ensure resources are made available in the most convenient and user-friendly format possible with access to support services where appropriate.

»»

To offer instruction/expert guidance to users in research methods and skills needed for effective use of the Library.

»»

To meet the requirements of copyright and piracy legislation

»»

 To ensure the development of a professional and committed Library staff.
